Description

The Uranian tourist industry would surely not exist if not for litttle biodegas like the Mind Electric. This grubby little canister openly serves up chemical and informational recreations that no sane society would ever permit. Technically, Uranian law says no tourist is permitted entry without a robust and easily replaceable liver, but Uranian legal codes are running jokes at best. In practice, anyone with enough credit or barter is welcome to participate in the dingy cube's psychosis-inducing arcade games, rare-earth magnet billiards, backroom cybersurgeries, competitive mutagen-chugging, consensual electrotorture, and -- gods help you -- cruising for sex in the bathrooms.
