A place just off of Liar's Square in the Golden City of Strangewarp.
A shining circular tower beside Liar's Square. Tall and slim yet corridors lead off from inside that should not be possible. To get in, you take an elevator. It takes some of your blood and gives you some new; imply the library interior may just be a blood-caught dream.
Ipael lives at its top.
It is said to extend as far below the surface as it does above. Trust us, o visitor: nothing you want to meet lives at the bottom. Trust us.
